Stallholder application form

If you would like a stall, please complete and submit the form to confirm that you require a pitch at the village fête on Saturday 13th July 2019.

The price for a non-commercial stall is £35 per pitch. Commercial organisations should make their bookings over the phone to confirm the commercial arrangements. If you would like tables to be provided, there will be an additional fee of £10 per table.

Payment should be made by BACS/Faster Payment (Account number: 86686368. Sort code: 77-49-11. Account name: Tilford Village Fete. Please use your company/contact name as a reference) at the latest by 16th June 2019. All pitches must be paid for before the Fête to secure your pitch. On the day of the Fête, please liaise with a member of the committee at the Information Stand to find out which pitch has been allocated to you.

Failing that, I can be contacted on 07771 557955 or email me at You can set up your stall as early as you require and your stall should be ready to open to the public at 1.30pm. May we request that you do not open to the public before this time.

Please park your cars on the green, behind your own stall on Fête day during unloading and the Fête itself. Hopefully this will help you, and importantly it will keep the roads clear to make crossing them safer and ensure a good traffic flow. Thank you and we look forward to seeing you there.

Each stallholder is responsible for their own public liability insurance and for the safety of their stall and its products. Therefore each stallholder will require £2 million public liability insurance. Please confirm you have this.
